Can a refrigerated trailer operate as both a cooler and a freezer?
Yes. The I Got Chills trailers are dual-purpose units that can be set for cooler or freezer operation, with a published operating range of approximately -18°C to +4°C. Confirm your required temperature when you request availability.
How quickly can I get emergency refrigerated storage in Calgary?
Emergency requests are handled by call or text 24/7 at 1-403-463-4826. Delivery timing depends on current trailer availability, your location and site access, so call as early as possible and availability will be confirmed directly with you.
What power does a refrigerated trailer require?
The trailers run on a standard 115/120V supply with a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a standard 3-prong connection. Outdoor connections should be GFCI protected. Confirm your site's power before delivery.
Can a refrigerated trailer run from a generator?
Generator operation may be possible. The customer provides the generator unless otherwise confirmed. Contact I Got Chills with your generator details so the requirement can be reviewed before delivery.
Who delivers the trailer, and can I move it myself?
I Got Chills delivers, positions and later picks up the trailer. Customers should not tow or relocate the trailer themselves — placement is arranged as part of the rental.

What sizes of refrigerated trailer are available?
Two sizes: a 7' × 8' with approximately 275 cubic feet of internal storage, and a 7' × 12' with approximately 588 cubic feet. Both are dual cooler/freezer units.
What features come with the trailer?
Interior lighting, an interior thermostat, an exterior temperature gauge, stairs, optional shelving, security locks, jacks and an extension cord.
How wide is the door?
Both trailers have a 3-foot-wide door with stairs for loading access.
Can I store regulated or specialty products in the trailer?

What kind of surface does the trailer need?

What if my rental needs to be extended?
