Most standard commercial properties already have this available. You do not need an electrician, a 3-phase hookup, or a specialized generator to run our trailers.
Can one trailer switch between Cooler and Freezer?
Yes. All our dual-purpose trailers can be run as either. To maintain food-safety temperature, we recommend using the trailer for either the Cooler (+2°C to +4°C) function or the Freezer (−18°C) function, rather than switching back and forth frequently, to allow the compressor to stabilize.
Are your trailers compliant with Alberta Health Services (AHS)?
